Responsibilities
* Support Business Management Systems (BMS) Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in developing:
* Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
* Related work instructions
* Assist with setting up measuring devices in CMMD.
* Train equipment managers on required systems and processes.
* Perform GR&R (Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility) sampling and analysis.
* Support certification and qualification requirements for new production areas.
* Assist with quality and process improvement initiatives as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Experience working with business systems such as SAP.
* Basic understanding of statistics.
* High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Minitab software.
* Quality Systems experience.
* College degree or technical school certification.
