Blue Action Operations Associate (Cycle Hire)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Operations Associate. This role combines hands-on SMS campaign management with critical data administration responsibilities, requiring technical proficiency, attention to detail, and strong client communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit and manage 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) and toll-free number registrations with carriers, ensuring compliance with current regulations and industry standards
- Stay informed of SMS compliance requirements and best practices, including TCPA and carrier guidelines
- Assist with new client onboarding, including record keeping and maintenance of documentation
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of programs
- Effectively communicate with clients regarding copy, scheduling, and results.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience with SMS marketing platforms or CRM systems preferred
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and SMS compliance requirements a plus
