Completed a baccalaureate degree in medical technology, laboratory science or related fields.2. Completed an internship for Clinical Laboratory Science or Laboratory specialty.3.
Current and valid CLS license issued by the State of California Department of Health.4. At least 5 years of training or experience or both in blood banking5. Must complete a minimum of 12 continuing education units per year as required by license.6.
Must be able to perform bench work when needed,7. Prior leadership and/or supervisory experience preferred,
