Blaster/Painter
FieldBridge is looking for a Blaster/Painter in Conroe, TX to work for a worldwide provider of equipment and components used in oil and gas drilling and production operations, oilfield services, and supply chain. We offer weekly pay + benefits.
Pay is $18 - $18.50/hr | Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–6:00 PM + 8 hrs Saturday | Weekly pay every Friday | OT available | At $18.50/hr and 50 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of $1,017.50 gross.
Position Overview FieldBridge is placing a Blaster/Painter for a manufacturing client in Conroe, TX. This role supports surface preparation and coating application on industrial equipment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and has verifiable hands-on experience with sandblasting and 2-part epoxy paint systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare equipment surfaces using sandblasting, hand sanding, pneumatic sanders, and grinding tools
- Apply primer and paint per specifications using 2-part epoxy systems
- Move materials and equipment to staging areas using an overhead crane
- Cross-train into other production areas as needed to meet manufacturing schedules
- Follow all safety, environmental, and housekeeping policies throughout the shift
Required Qualifications
- Previous sandblast experience — must be documented on resume
- Previous experience with 2-part epoxy paint systems — must be documented on resume
- Ability to operate an overhead crane
- Must be able to stand and work on feet for 8+ hours daily
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled plant environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to start immediately upon compliance clearance
