Incumbents are expected to have the Series 79 & 63 licenses or be able to obtain them within three months of employment.Responsibilities:Assists in the generation of ideas and strategiesLeads processes required to convert ideas to sales pitches, including due diligence execution and client pitch preparationSupervises junior staff (i.e., Analyst, Interns, and Associates) by assigning and overseeing their day-to-day work.Serves in client relationship management roles and assumes certain important business development responsibilitiesPerforms in-depth structuring and analysisThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.This position is incentive eligible.Requirements:Bachelor's degree from a reputable undergraduate college / university, MBA preferredFive (5) years of prior experience in Investment Banking, including strong M&A knowledge and the proven ability to model solutions for clientsStrong analytical, quantitative, sales, and communication (written and oral) skillsAbility to think strategicallyPosition TypeFull timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.
