In Boston, we are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a passionate Project Manager to join our team and support key engagements in the biotech and life sciences sectors.

What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead project execution from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, and timelines.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, cost plans, and resource allocation to support deliverables and milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to drive project success.
  • Identify risks and implement contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions.
  • Facilitate communication across all levels, including executive updates and stakeholder presentations.
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management and operational efficiency.
  • Support client engagements onsite in the Boston area, representing MP’s commitment to excellence and innovation.

Who You Are

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of biotech/pharma development lifecycles, including R&D, clinical trials, manufacturing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for technical and executive audiences.
  • PMP certification (preferred but not required).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in GxP environments (GMP, GLP, GCP).
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations and compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in biotech or manufacturing.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary range: $90,000–$125,000 (commensurate with experience).
