Pay: $39 - $42/hr t

Monday – Friday 1st shift

Required Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience required
• B.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related scientific discipline with approximately 5 years of relevant experience , OR
• M.S. with approximately 1–3 years of relevant pharma/biotech industry experience
• Hands‑on laboratory experience supporting biologics/protein drug development
• Experience in at least one of the following:
  • Drug product formulation and/or process development , OR
  • Analytical development/testing of biologics or protein therapeutics
• Demonstrated ability to independently design, execute, and interpret laboratory studies
• Strong scientific troubleshooting, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze experimental results and make recommendations for subsequent studies
• Strong laboratory documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Irvine, CA

Job Description:

We are seeking a hands‑on Associate Scientist to support early‑stage biologics drug product formulation and process development in Irvine, CA.

This is a laboratory‑focused development role for a scientist who can independently design and execute experiments, troubleshoot technical challenges, interpret results, and use scientific judgment to drive studies forward .

The ideal candidate will have industry experience in biologics/protein formulation and drug product development . Scientists with a strong analytical development/testing background supporting biologics
