Duties
- Conduct patent prosecution in the fields of bioinformatics and computational biology
- Collaborate with clients to develop patent strategies
- Draft and review patent applications and related documents
- Provide counsel on intellectual property matters
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of patent prosecution experience
- Strong background in bioinformatics, computational biology, or artificial intelligence
- Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in technical writing is a plus
- Admission or qualification for admission to the state bar of the primary office location
Education
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a relevant field preferred
