Duties
- Conduct patent prosecution in the fields of bioinformatics and computational biology.
- Collaborate with clients to develop patent strategies.
- Draft and review patent applications and related documents.
- Provide counsel on intellectual property matters.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of patent prosecution experience.
- High level of familiarity with software and biological fields.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with proficiency in technical writing.
- Admission or qualification for admission to the state bar of the primary office location.
Education
