The Department of Biochemistry at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center invites applications from candidates for a tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor. Candidates should hold a Ph.D. or equivalent and be engaged in innovative research within biochemistry, molecular biology, or at the interface between chemistry and biology. The Department is strongly research-oriented with major programs in discovery biology, metabolism, RNA biology, enzymology, carbohydrate biology, and drug discovery. We are particularly interested in strong candidates who will complement our existing strengths.
