This position supports both bindery and wide format production, involving hands-on work with printing, finishing, and post-production equipment. You'll assist with collating, stitching, cutting, coiling, gluing, laminating, mounting, and packing materials, while also operating wide format printing and finishing equipment to produce banners, decals, posters, and signage.

This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role that requires mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and pride in producing quality work.From setup to finish, your role in the process includes:Setting up and operating bindery, finishing, and wide format equipment according to job specificationsStitching, punching, coiling, cutting, gluing, laminating, mounting, and grommeting materialsFollowing job tickets and written instructions to meet customer requirementsPerforming routine cleaning, basic preventative maintenance, and troubleshootingEntering time and material data into production tracking systemsMaintaining image quality, color accuracy, and overall production standardsWorking collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet deadlinesFollowing standard work practices and maintaining a safe work environmentThe fine print: what you need to succeed includes:Quality-minded with strong attention to detailAbility to read and understand job tickets and production instructionsMechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsStrong attendance, work ethic, and reliabilityWillingness to work overtime when neededMust be at least 18 years of age to operate equipmentBasic computer skills for data entry and job trackingAbility to lift 50-60 lbs and perform pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, and standing for the duration of the shiftPrevious experience operating machinery is preferred but not required - training is available for motivated candidates.Your production schedule includes:Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PMOvertime availableAll the good stuff: your benefits include:Company 401(k) plan with employer matchHealth, dental, and vision insuranceHealth savings account (HSA) & flexible spending account (FSA)Voluntary benefits: short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurancePaid time off (PTO)9 paid holidays$1,000 employee referral bonusEmployee wellness program
