Bindery Operator & Finisher – 2nd Shift

We are a fast paced, rapidly growing organization that is looking for candidates with a proven track record of reliability and desire to grow with the company.Cleveland Menu is seeking a full-time Bindery Finisher Operator to join our growing team! This position will float between job responsibilities with a primary focus on cutting, folding, duplo and round cornering.

This position will direct and perform manual and machine operator tasks related to the set-up, maintenance and operation of the cutters and other similar printing equipment.Responsibilities:Able to work independently and in a collaborative team environmentAble to work in a fast-paced work environment with strong motivation and sense of urgencyAble to understand and read rulers and measurementsAdvanced communication, organization and time management skillsStrong mechanical aptitude & acute-attention to detailExcellent color identification and visual acuityPhysical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
