Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor bindery equipment including folders, cutters, saddle stitchers, and perfect binders
* Set up, adjust, and maintain bindery machinery to ensure accurate and efficient production runs
* Inspect finished products for quality control, checking for proper alignment, trimming, and binding integrity
* Feed, collate, and assemble printed materials according to job specifications
* Follow production schedules to meet deadlines and output targets
* Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on bindery equipment
* Report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors promptly
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a bindery, print finishing, or print production environment preferred
* Familiarity with bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, stitchers, and laminators
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
* Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform equipment adjustments
* Ability to read and follow job tickets and production specifications
