TSG – The Sheridan Group seeks a skilled Binder Operator to support high-quality production of printed and advocacy materials for public affairs campaigns. In this on-site role in Washington, DC, you will set up, operate, and maintain bindery and finishing equipment to meet exacting client and campaign specifications. You’ll interpret job tickets, ensure accurate materials and sequencing, and perform quality checks throughout each run.
Working within a collaborative, high-performance culture, you’ll coordinate closely with production and account teams to meet deadlines, uphold safety and maintenance standards, and continuously improve efficiency and output.
