TSG – The Sheridan Group seeks a detail-oriented Binder Operator to support high-impact advocacy and communications campaigns. In this on-site production role, you’ll set up, operate, and maintain bindery and finishing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials for policy, public affairs, and issue-advocacy clients. You will interpret job tickets, manage tight deadlines, and ensure the accuracy and consistency of all finished pieces.
Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you’ll partner closely with account and production teams while upholding strict quality and safety standards.
