In the role of BIM Section Manager, we'll count on you to:Create designs independently under broad direction from the Project Engineer or Project Manager on various design projectsDirect preparation of drawings by other BIM Technicians of lesser experience, or take direct supervisory responsibility for BIM staff as needed\Complete projects with distinctive design features that differ significantly from BIM Technician precedents as neededWork with clients or contractor representatives as neededTake responsibility for operations within the BIM section including staff development, morale, quality control and marketing supportTake responsibility for production on projects in addition to management responsibilitiesTake administrative responsibility for staff and technical service functions, and lead and coordinate services with other sectionsSee that all work is planned, organized, controlled and evaluated through proactive project management systemImplement, monitor and support company policySelect, train, develop and manage technical personnelAt HDR, our employee‑ownership model shapes everything we do, including how we support and care for our people.
