BIM Program Manager

Owning the program and project management for BIM Central, the full-time BIM Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring reliable, on-time execution, managing project plans, and driving reporting and planning processes in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery by setting planning discipline and driving the team to meet deadlines and quality standards Define and manage project-management tooling and standards to streamline team operations Drive comprehensive reporting on program health and risks, ensuring proactive communication with leadership Required Qualifications 3+ years of program or project management experience Experience using data and metrics to drive process improvements Proficiency with web-based tools such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint Experience in cross-functional collaboration with both tech and non-tech teams Familiarity with the AEC domain, BIM, or construction technology is preferred
