BIM Associate Director

As a key leader in advancing BIM standards and digital delivery practices, the full-time Associate Director, BIM will implement digital initiatives and align workflows with project goals while working remotely from any location in the US. Key responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of BIM standards and digital workflows across project teams Serve as a client-facing representative, collaborating with project teams to ensure alignment of digital deliverables with client expectations Support the development of training programs and initiatives to enhance BIM capabilities within the organization Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Experience in developing and implementing digital strategies and workflows for fully-integrated projects Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows Experience leading BIM standards and participating in client-facing meetings Familiarity with automation tools (Dynamo, scripting) and coordination platforms like Navisworks
