Billing Technical Analyst

To ensure timely and accurate customer billing, the full-time remote Billing Technical Analyst will assist with the design, testing, and implementation of billing processes, analyze transactions for compliance, and perform user acceptance testing for system releases. Key responsibilities Assist with the design, testing, and implementation of billing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance Perform user acceptance testing of billing functionality and document results to track outcomes Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies while collaborating with other departments to maintain billing accuracy Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent 1 to 3 years of accounting or business analytics work experience Proficient with SQL and strong analytical skills Understanding of billing workflows and experience with proprietary billing systems Advanced skills in Excel and Word, including Power Query and complex functions
