This role is ideal for individuals early in their careers who are interested in developing skills in billing, finance, or insurance operations. You'll gain hands-on experience processing transactions, resolving discrepancies, and supporting customer inquiries, all while building a strong foundation for future growth.ResponsibilitiesRespond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to billing and paymentsProcess billing statements, adjustments, cancellations, and plan changesAccurately enter and maintain data in company systemsResearch and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely mannerAssist with escalated or complex billing inquiries as neededPerform general administrative and clerical support tasksEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent1+ years of customer service, administrative, or related experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracyBasic math and problem-solving abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailCandidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.At Acrisure, we're building more than a business, we're building a community where people can grow, thrive, and make an impact.
