Role: Revenue Cycle Representative/ Billing Specialist
Setting: 100% On Site
Location: Tempe, AZ 85282
Pay: $20 - $23/hour
Hours: Mon - Fri, 8a - 5p
We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional to support a high-volume healthcare revenue cycle contact center. This is a complex, fast-paced role focused on insurance verification, claims, billing issues, and account resolution, rather than traditional customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Verify insurance eligibility and update missing information
- Research denied claims, billing errors, and payment issues
- Review EOBs and resolve account discrepancies
- Process claims, payments, adjustments, and account documentation
- Manage 50–60 calls daily in a queue-based environment
What We’re Looking For
- Contact center experience strongly preferred
- Revenue cycle, billing, collections, or banking experience a plus
- EOB and insurance knowledge highly preferred
- Dependable attendance and ability to meet productivity goals
Ideal backgrounds: Healthcare contact centers, insurance verification, claims, billing, collections, revenue cycle, or banking.
