Billing SpecialistLocation: RemoteDuration: 8 MonthsThe Billing Specialist is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and processing Sales contracts within Salesforce to ensure accuracy and compliance with billing requirements.This role works closely with the Sales and Sales Operations teams to review quotes, identify discrepancies, and resolve contract or pricing issues prior to billing.The Billing Specialist plays a key role in ensuring timely, accurate invoicing and supporting a smooth handoff from Sales to Billing.Key Responsibilities:Review and analyze Sales contracts and orders in SalesforceProcess contracts accurately and in accordance with billing policiesPartner with Sales and Sales Operations to resolve quote discrepancies or contractual questionsInvestigate and correct errors related to pricing, terms, or product configurationEnsure billing data is complete, accurate, and ready for invoicing
