To support the Revenue and Billing function, the full-time remote Billing Specialist will manage complex invoice generation, collaborate with various business teams, and build strong customer relationships to facilitate timely payments. Key responsibilities Handle preparation of complex client invoices and perform data analytics using advanced Excel functions Collaborate with Sales, Customer Excellence, Operations, and Implementations teams to understand customer workflows and rate cards Build strong customer relationships to resolve disputes and ensure timely payments while documenting billing procedures and recommending best practices Required qualifications Strong understanding of 3PL operations and data flow between WMS and OMS Bachelor's degree in business or data analytics, or 5 years of relevant experience in the logistics industry Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables Proven analytical skills for data analysis and invoice preparation Self-motivated and organized with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
