What You’ll Do
Join a team of six billing professionals, reporting to the Assistant Controller and supporting approximately 15 attorneys.
- Manage billing from prebill edits through invoice submission, including time entry changes, transfers, write-downs, and write-offs.
- Handle electronic billing setups, submissions, accruals, rejections, appeals, and collections.
- Resolve billing discrepancies, rate issues, and client inquiries.
- Update billing rates and establish rate sets in Elite 3E.
- Prepare billing reports and help meet monthly and annual billing goals.
- Build strong working relationships with attorneys, legal support staff, and accounting leadership.
- Document billing communications in iManage.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of law firm billing experience , with deeper experience welcomed.
- Experience with Elite 3E and eBillingHub.
- Hands-on experience managing e-billing rejections, appeals, and collections.
- Confidence working directly with attorneys and maintaining strong relationships.
- Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. xhqgsiq
