A top global law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Billing Specialist to join its New York office.
Location: Midtown Manhattan
Schedule: Hybrid, 2 days per week in office
Salary: $80,000–$100,000
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of legal billing experience required
- aderant experience preferred
- Experience managing complex billing, rate arrangements, billing adjustments, and client guidelines
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with attorneys and internal teams
