Billing Specialist

Salary: $65,000-$70,000

Key Responsibilities for the Billing Specialist:

• Manage project billings and client invoicing
• Review and audit contract terms for billing accuracy
• Process AIA billings and lien waivers
• Track and allocate direct project expenses
• Support billing activities for a large client portfolio

Qualifications for the Billing Specialist:

• 3+ years of private and/or public client billing experience
• Experience processing a high volume of invoices
• Ability to interpret contractual billing requirements
• Experience with project-based billing environments
• Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint experience preferred
• Engineering or architecture industry experience preferred
