Accounts Receivable/Billing SpecialistOur client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This position is ideal for someone with strong AR and complex billing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with sales teams, and ensuring billing accuracy and contract compliance.This role will be responsible for managing assigned customer contracts, preparing invoices, reviewing billing activity, and serving as a key resource for billing-related questions and contract interpretation.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process timely and accurate customer invoices.Review and audit billing data to ensure invoice accuracy and compliance with customer contracts.Analyze contract terms and determine billable versus non-billable items.Manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts and contracts.Partner closely with Sales and Operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies and answer contract-related questions.Review revenue and contract information prior to invoicing.Research and resolve customer billing issues.Maintain organized documentation to support invoicing and contract compliance.Assist with accounts receivable functions and other special projects as needed.
