This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in transportation, logistics, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or freight auditing.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze carrier freight bills for accuracy.Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, duplicate charges, and missing documentation.Communicate with internal departments and transportation providers to resolve billing issues.Coordinate with carriers to obtain required documentation for customer invoicing.Ensure timely and accurate customer billing while maintaining quality and service standards.Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline billing processes.Maintain accurate billing records and provide excellent customer service to internal and external partners.Required QualificationsAt least 1 year of experience in transportation, logistics, freight billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, audit, or load planning.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsAssociate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field.Experience working with freight carriers, transportation providers, or logistics operations.Experience reviewing freight invoices and supporting transportation billing processes.
