Job TitleAssists in visit revenue aspects of the Amwell Psychiatric Care Health Plan and Health System space. This includes, but is not limited to, Claim Data Entry, Clinical Coding, and other Claim related fields. Communicates and contributes to ongoing medical billing assigned initiatives; uses sound judgement in assessing project health, identifying, mitigating, and resolving any project issues. Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information from multiple sources for computer entry. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output. Comply with data integrity, HIPAA and HITECH compliance, and security policies.Hardware and Software Requirements: Unless otherwise approved by Client, Supplier shall provide the hardware and software needed for the Supplier Employees to use when performing the Services for Client. The requirements of such hardware and software products shall be contained in the Supplier Handbook. Supplier shall ensure that all requirements are met and shall immediately contact Magnit if any of the hardware or software is found to be not in compliance. Dual screen monitors (if they do not have them at home). Microsoft Excel downloaded on their laptop to be able to work in Excel. Adobe or some kind of PDF viewer to be able to view and sign documents for portal access.Skills: Having strong attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Proven ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
Experience with Change Healthcare products (e.g., Lyra, Real Med, MMIS) preferred but not required.
Education: Highschool Diploma
