Key responsibilities Manage workflows and allocate tasks based on team expertise and account needs Conduct performance coaching and reviews, utilizing various assessment tools to measure team effectiveness Analyze revenue cycles for billing clients, identifying issues and implementing solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of four years in supervisory or leadership roles within a billing department Five to seven years of experience in Medical Billing, with knowledge of various insurance billing processes Hospital Billing experience is required; Medical Coding experience is preferred Experience with the Epic practice management system is strongly preferred
