To lead and scale billing and revenue accounting processes across a global customer base, the full-time remote Billing Operations Manager will manage global billing operations, oversee collections, and ensure compliance with accounting standards while collaborating with various teams. Key responsibilities Own global billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation and managing the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries and revenue flux commentary, while ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and related regulations Continuously improve billing, AR, and revenue processes for scalability and efficiency, identifying automation opportunities across systems Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in billing operations, revenue accounting, or finance operations, preferably in SaaS or technology 3+ years of people management or team leadership experience Strong experience with NetSuite and Salesforce Experience with automation, AI, or process improvement initiatives Strong Order to Cash and Revenue Accounting experience
