Leading a dedicated Billing team, the full-time salaried Billing Manager, Revenue Cycle Management will oversee daily operations, ensuring accurate claims processing, payment posting, and team development in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of five Billing Specialists, managing workloads and performance Oversee daily billing operations, including claim submission, denial resolution, and accounts receivable follow-up Analyze performance metrics to drive improvements in productivity, accuracy, and compliance with billing standards Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle management, preferably in ABA autism services or pediatric therapy 2+ years of supervisory experience with a proven ability to manage and develop team members Strong knowledge of commercial insurance and Medicaid billing processes Excellent organizational skills with experience managing high-volume work and deadlines Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
