To support healthcare organizations in optimizing their revenue cycle, the full-time remote Epic Professional Billing Project Manager will manage Epic Resolute Professional Billing implementations, troubleshoot billing issues, and oversee post-go-live stabilization efforts. Key responsibilities Manage multiple workstreams related to Epic Professional Billing, ensuring timely resolution of charge issues and operational performance Coordinate with cross-functional teams to assess workflows, system configurations, and impacts on charge capture and billing processes Develop and present executive-level status reports, dashboards, and corrective action plans to stakeholders Required qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting Epic Resolute Professional Billing and healthcare revenue cycle operations Current Epic Resolute PB certification Strong experience in troubleshooting professional billing charge issues and coordinating resolutions Proven ability to assess revenue cycle workflows and system configurations affecting billing Experience managing multiple issues and workstreams, including risk tracking and executive reporting
