Billing Manager

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 base salary (potential flexibility for exceptional candidates) + bonus eligibility

Key Responsibilities for the Billing Manager:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of five billing professionals
• Oversee the full billing cycle, including invoice preparation, review, distribution, and compliance
• Manage accounts receivable activities, collections strategies, write-offs, and aging analysis
• Support month-end close through reconciliations, accruals, and reporting activities
• Partner with business leaders across multiple divisions to resolve billing and collection issues
• Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and operational efficiencies

Qualifications for the Billing Manager:

• 3+ years of billing and accounts receivable experience
• Experience within sports, entertainment, agency, or related environments preferred
• Trust accounting experience strongly preferred
• Prior team leadership or billing management experience
