Billing CoordinatorDue to GZA's continued business growth and profitability, our Oak Brook, Illinois office is expanding! We are currently looking for a Billing Coordinator on a part time to full time schedule (24-40 hr/week) to join a team of dedicated Finance Professionals who are an integral part of GZA's business. If you are a self-motivated individual who can thrive in a high-volume billing environment, and want to be a part of GZA's success, apply today!Key Duties:Timely and accurate billing for designated projectsSet up and maintain projects in Deltek accounting systemReview revenue recognition and perform job cost analysis for assigned projectsCoordinate with and assist Project Managers on financial matters related to assigned projectsAdditional special projects as neededQualifications:Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping or Finance, or equivalent experience, is requiredAdditional 2-4 years of accounts receivable experience, preferably in a professional services organizationExperience in transportation or public agency billing is requiredComputer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word requiredKnowledge of Deltek Accounting Software is a plusStrong communication, problem solving and organizational skillsAbility to respond in a fast-paced environmentAbility to perform work accurately and thoroughlyAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamThe base salary range for this position is $57,500 – $73,500 depending on experience and capabilities which will be assessed during the interview process.About GZA:Professional development and enrichmentExciting work environmentGenerous, company-subsidized benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and 401K retirement plan.GZA is a multidisciplinary, employee-owned engineering consulting firm consistently ranked among the ENR Top 500 Design Firms.
