Overseeing billing operations and revenue tracking, the part-time Billing Consultant will manage the end-to-end billing process, prepare reports, and improve workflows while working remotely on a contractor basis. Key Responsibilities Manage the billing process, including submission, tracking, adjustments, and issue resolution Prepare and distribute billing, revenue, and operational reports while developing dashboards to track performance Lead process improvement initiatives and serve as the escalation point for complex billing inquiries Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred At least 5 years of experience in billing, reporting, or accounting operations Experience in media, entertainment, or vendor services strongly preferred Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis Experience with ERP, accounting, billing, or business intelligence systems
