Billing Collections Specialist

Providing collections and billing support for multiple lines of business, the full-time remote Collections and Billing Specialist will manage customer transactions, expedite collections, and generate billing reports as part of a collaborative Finance and Accounting team. Key responsibilities Correspond with program participants and organizations to expedite collection of outstanding receivables Generate program bills for participants and institutional customers while maintaining billing reports Resolve customer billing disputes, discrepancies, and irregularities Required qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance preferred, or equivalent work experience 2 years of related work experience Strong Excel skills required Experience with NetSuite financial system is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
