We set a high bar — and we give you the training, tools, and support to clear it.The OpportunityWe’re seeking an organized, detail-oriented Title Clerk to manage vehicle titling and registration for our dealership group. You’ll ensure every deal is processed accurately and in compliance with state requirements — protecting the store from penalties and keeping customers’ paperwork on track.What You’ll DoProcess titles, registrations, and tax/title/license paperwork accurately on every new and used dealSubmit and track title work with the state and lienholders, staying ahead of every deadlineVerify accuracy and completeness of deal documentation before processing — catch problems earlyMaintain organized records and aggressively follow up on outstanding titles and missing documentsResolve title issues and communicate clearly with sales, customers, and lendersProcess out-of-state and dealer-trade titles correctly and on timeEnsure full compliance with Texas titling laws, fees, and timelinesThe Standard We HoldWe set a high bar at Grubbs.
