Billing RepresentativeThe billing representative will provide comprehensive billing expertise. This individual will be responsible for a variety of medical practice billing and collections activities, utilizing practice management billing software.
Qualifications requires an Associates Degree in related field and one or more years of medical office billing experience in a medical practice and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience and/or education in: computers in a medical practice environment, medical office billing procedures, knowledge of medical terminology, knowledge of coding. Possess demonstrated ability necessary to deal effectively with physicians, staff, and patients. Be able to motivate other employees within the environment. Possess the ability to think clearly to make judgmental decisions in participating in the development of policies and procedures. Possess a knowledge of modern office equipment, systems, and procedures. Salary: starting at $18.00/hour
