Lump Sum billing requests are done as milestones throughout the project when the Project Manager requests them. The requests are either done by contract, dollar levels or when the Customer requests them. The Payment plans are done to reduce the IDC/STF on the projects.
Both the Lump sum and Payment Plan Billing requests are to limit the IDC /STF charges on the projects. The Financed projects are usually done at the end of the project when the project is reconciled.
