With a strong focus on P&C Insurance, the full-time Duckcreek Billing Business Analyst will leverage deep expertise in Duck Creek Billing and SQL to manage backend validation and stakeholder communication in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage and validate billing processes using Duck Creek Billing systems Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure effective defect management Utilize SQL for backend validation and reporting to support billing operations Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in billing analysis, specifically with Duck Creek Billing Strong domain knowledge in Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance Proficient in SQL for backend validation tasks Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
