Billing Analyst
  • Location: Oakland, CA
  • Work Mode: Hybrid
  • Duration: 6+ Month Contract
  • Pay Range: 35 - 45/hr, W 2
  • **LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY** The role is hybrid once a week in Oakland
  • **Client laptop will be provided. In case of delay, supplier must provide a laptop to start.
  • **Equipment required: 2 monitor screens - supplier provided **
  • We are searching for career level billing analyst
Responsibilities:
  • Run reports from SAP for actual costs contracts
  • Review contracts to determine what needs to be invoiced
  • Follow up with customers to ensure payment is received
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum 2 years of related work experience
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with contracts
  • Full understanding of fundamental analysis and what-if modeling and how different factors affect business outcomes
  • Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
  • Invoicing experience
  • Organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Adaptable to changing business conditions and ambiguity
  • Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, or similar software
