Seeking a Billing Analyst with 2–4 years of billing/accounting experience to support a high-volume billing operation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and strong experience with invoice processing, billing reconciliation, accounts payable/vendor invoices, billing analysis, and Excel .

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and review customer/income invoices accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable to ensure vendor invoices are properly coded.
• Reconcile unbilled revenue and general ledger accounts monthly.
• Perform monthly vendor audits and investigate discrepancies.
• Research and resolve customer billing disputes and billing issues.
• Prepare billing reports, analyses, reconciliations, and trend summaries.
• Maintain accurate customer billing profiles, records, procedures, and item codes.
• Identify billing process issues and recommend improvements.
• Support customer communications related to billing and payment collection.
• Handle special projects independently or as part of a team.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of professional billing/accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with invoice processing, account reconciliation, billing analysis, and GL-related activities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred:

• Experience with MAS 500
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with other ERP/accounting/billing systems

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $25 to $30/hr.
