You are analytical, people-smart, and proactive—someone who enjoys partnering with Project Managers and Operations leaders to improve processes, enhance profitability, and keep projects moving forward.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate time-and-material invoices using multiple billing rate schedules with complete supporting documentationUtilize Microsoft Excel and Accounting software for estimating and invoicing T&M lossesCollaborate closely with Project Managers across local offices and CAT operationsProcess and review daily job paperwork including crew sheets, equipment logs, and material sheetsEnter and allocate labor, materials, and equipment costs in AcumaticaReview and approve daily crew time in ADP to support payroll processingOrganize and maintain complete job files to support invoicing and auditsQualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field OR five (5) years of equivalent on-the-job experienceStrong working knowledge of Microsoft ExcelAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and urgencyClear and professional communication skills with all levels of staff and customersStrong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work extended hours when operational needs requireAbility to travel within the continental United States on short noticeValid driver's license and clean driving recordPreferred:Experience with Acumatica, T&M Pro, ADP, Microsoft 365, or similar systemsPrior experience in disaster restoration, construction, or project-based billingBecome part of a collaborative team where your analytical skills and attention to detail make a meaningful impact on our operations and customer experience.
