If this sounds interesting to you, keep reading and let's talk.Compensation RangeHourly: $19.00 - $21.90 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)About This JobThe main purpose of this job is to ensure a timely, complete, and accurate processing of bill payment transactions.Essential FunctionsEnsure a timely, complete and accurate processing of bill payment transactionsFacilitate all distributions related to the bill payment product offering; responsible for processing and/or quality review of one time and recurring distributions/receipts and cost basis, ensure all compliance requirements have been met and all processing and coding is complete, timely, and accurateBuild and maintain relationships, ensure appropriate controls are in place for all processes related to the bill payment product offering; responsible for identifying accounts with past due bill payments, collaborating with the internal departments to identify clients with additional bill payments that can be servicedDrive process improvements, maintain documentation, and assist with projects and testingWork closely with other support teams within the Trust Company to resolve client transactions and with other team members to assist/backup during high volumes or absencePerform other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills & Abilities RequiredBasic knowledge of wealth management bill payment practicesStrong business acumen and the ability to make timely and sound business recommendationsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to prioritize work to meet deadline and service level agreementsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracyStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to resolve problems and identify and drive process improvementsMotivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core ValuesIntermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookEducation & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience required2+ years finance or investment management experience requiredLocation: 922 Walnut St, Kansas City, Missouri 64106Time Type: Full time
