Bill of Materials WriterKeystone RV is looking for a detail-oriented Bill of Material (BOM) Writer / Costing Specialist who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and getting "hands-on" on the production floor.This role blends office work with time in the production environment. You'll build and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs), support cost tracking through month-end reporting analytics, and play a key role in ensuring cost and product data are accurate, consistent, and reflective of what's actually happening on the production line.You'll work in a casual, team-focused manufacturing environment where people pitch in, communicate openly, and take pride in building quality products.What You'll DoCreate and maintain BOMs for Travel Trailer and 5th Wheel RVsUpdate BOMs based on Product Change Notices (PCNs)Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production as part of the product team, providing cost data and estimates to support development decisionsSpend time on the production floor checking materials, components, and buildsResearch & reconcile differences between cost expectations, BOMs, actual buildsHelp keep product data clean, accurate, and up to dateWho We're Looking ForDetail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers and dataAbility to read a tape measure and perform unit of measure conversionsExcel skills (formulas & formatting are a must; analytic tools are a plus)Comfortable working in both an office and a manufacturing environmentStrong communicator and team playerOrganized, reliable, and willing to learnWhy This Role?You'll see the full picture—from data in the system to the product being builtNo two days are exactly the sameYour work directly impacts production accuracy and cost decisionsYou'll learn both manufacturing and financial sides of businessExperience DesiredManufacturing, RV, automotive, or similar environmentsBackground in product costing and/or accountingCollege coursework in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related fieldExperience with ERP systems (like Microsoft Dynamics AX)Work EnvironmentSplit between office and production floorCasual, hands-on manufacturing settingCollaborative team where people help each other get things doneIf you like working with details, being part of a team, and seeing how your work connects to real-world manufacturing, we'd like to hear from you.
