Bilingual Vietnamese Psychiatrist

Role Overview

Apply psychiatric expertise in Vietnamese and English to help improve AI systems through culturally grounded clinical scenarios, assessments, analyses, and documentation. This remote contract opportunity focuses on high-quality, real-world psychiatric input, and prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and assess complex psychiatric case studies that reflect real-world, culturally nuanced Vietnamese contexts.
• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and provide expert annotations informed by Vietnamese psychiatric practice and perspectives.
• Create precise written analyses and documentation in Vietnamese and English, maintaining clinical and cultural accuracy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams to strengthen AI understanding of psychiatric concepts.
• Review and critique sensitive case content using ethical judgment, patient confidentiality, and professional best practices.
• Help create bilingual communication frameworks for accurate exchange of psychiatric information.
• Provide expert feedback on analytical evaluation methods used in mental health AI contexts.

Qualifications

• Medical degree, including MD, MBBS, or equivalent, completed psychiatry residency, and a valid medical license.
• Native Vietnamese fluency and advanced English proficiency, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive experience with psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation in Vietnamese clinical settings.
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and ethical reasoning in complex mental health scenarios.
• Strong analytical evaluation, case-study development, and bilingual communication skills.
• Experience developing educational or research teaching materials or case studies is preferred.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration experience, ideally involving technology, research, or digital health, is preferred.
• Familiarity with Western and Vietnamese psychiatric frameworks and a commitment to professional integrity.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $100 to $200 per hour.
