Bilingual Vietnamese Psychiatrist

Apply Vietnamese and English psychiatric expertise to help improve AI systems through culturally grounded clinical scenarios, assessments, documentation, and expert feedback. This remote contract role focuses on translating real-world psychiatric knowledge into accurate, ethically reviewed training material. No prior AI experience is required.

• Develop and evaluate complex psychiatric case studies that reflect real-world, culturally nuanced Vietnamese contexts.
• Conduct psychological assessments and provide expert annotations informed by Vietnamese psychiatric practices and perspectives.
• Create clear clinical documentation and written analyses in Vietnamese and English, maintaining cultural and clinical accuracy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams to strengthen AI understanding of psychiatric concepts.
• Review and critique sensitive case content using sound ethical judgment, patient confidentiality practices, and professional standards.
• Create bilingual communication frameworks for accurate exchange of psychiatric information.
• Provide expert feedback on analytical evaluation methods used by AI in mental health settings.

• Medical degree, such as MD or MBBS, or equivalent, completed psychiatry residency, and a valid medical license.
• Native Vietnamese fluency and advanced English proficiency, including strong written and verbal communication in both languages.
• Extensive experience with psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation in Vietnamese clinical settings.
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and ethical reasoning in complex mental health scenarios.
• Experience developing teaching materials or case studies for education or research is preferred.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration experience, ideally in technology, research, or digital health, is preferred.
• Familiarity with Western and Vietnamese psychiatric frameworks and a commitment to professional integrity.

• Remote contract engagement.

• $100 to $200 per hour.
