Bilingual Vietnamese Onboarding Consultant

As a full-time Bilingual Vietnamese Onboarding Consultant, the successful candidate will manage customer relationships during the onboarding phase, leveraging product knowledge to ensure high-quality implementation experiences for restaurant clients in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Partner with restaurant owners during the Go-Live phase to create effective onboarding plans and ensure successful implementation of the Toast product Conduct remote site assessments to identify client networking needs and document the installation of the Toast POS system Lead training sessions for restaurant staff on utilizing the Toast product to enhance operational efficiencies and improve guest experiences Required qualifications Bilingual/Fluent in Vietnamese and English Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry 3+ years in a customer satisfaction and business operations role, such as a Restaurant General Manager Proven ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding performance goals
