Bilingual Vietnamese Customer Specialist

To support the delivery of compassionate service to members, the full-time Remote Bilingual Vietnamese Customer Experience Specialist will manage member interactions by resolving inquiries, advocating for members, and ensuring a seamless experience primarily for older adults and individuals with disabilities. Key responsibilities Build caring connections with members by leading with empathy and ensuring they feel heard and valued Own each member interaction end-to-end, taking accountability for resolving inquiries during the initial contact Deliver exceptional service by exceeding member expectations and documenting all interactions accurately in real time Required qualifications 2+ years of customer service, contact center, or member support experience, preferably in healthcare and/or Medicare Advantage High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred Bilingual in Vietnamese and English Demonstrated ability to use technology and follow detailed workflow instructions Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
